Meter Readings
We support multiple meters on a single piece of equipment or property so you can track miles, fuel, and coolant usage by vehicle, or gas, electric, and water on a building or part of a building
Passing On Charges
In addition to recording meter readings, you can also attach prices per unit, allowing for costs and efficiencies to be calculated and the charges to be passed on to invoices or reports
Maintenance
Optimize your maintenance with usage data. Axxerion will use the meter readings you enter to generate the relevant inspection/maintenance work order(s) automatically. You can customize the workorders to include configurable checklists, photo requirements, good/fair/poor surveys, and record the parts or consumables used from inventory for maintenance
Charts
Actual values from workorders and meter readings can be charted against one or more configurable threshold values, e.g. normal, warning and critical. Easily monitor if you are within ranges that are expected or if something is going wrong. When things get beyond a threshold, the system can generate a maintenance order
Inventory
Keep track of meters themselves. Log them in Axxerion as an asset and include details such as the type of meter, model, serial number, age, warranty status, supplier, and much more. Meters can be attached to a property, a space, another asset, and/or link them to a contract or an organization like your energy supplier to view all the meters for that organization with one click
