Recruitment and Selection

Post vacancies with candidate profiles and pay scales. Utilize a standard or custom workflow for the evaluation of candidates. Obtain a clear overview of candidates per position through evaluations, performance, status etc.

Employment Procedures

Use workflows to simplify the employment procedures concerning new personnel, such as assigning inventory and software licenses, arranging trainings, etc. If an employee’s employment is terminated or ending, you’ll be able to see to it that all inventory items are reclaimed.

Digital File-Keeping

Save and edit information under a variety of tabs, include personal details (date of birth, passport details, bank accounts, emergency contact details) and other documents such as employment contracts, diplomas and CVs. Also save information concerning pay, bonuses, holidays and company cars, allowing for yearly or hourly costs to be calculated.

Illness & Absences

Log absences due to illness/leave, allowing you to calculate remaining leave days. Several workflows have been included in the module based on the requirements of the Gatekeeper Act, allowing management of reintegration files containing all information and results surrounding illness absence, problem analyses and resuming work. You can even grant Health & Safety officials access to the system if needed.

Performance Reviews

Manage the results of periodic and incidental performance reviews. Define goals per employee, keep track of evaluations and points of action for personal development. Bonus and reward payout can be linked to achieving goals.



Manage health insurance issues, occupational accidents and liability claims, thus preventing employees from becoming underinsured. Insurance costs are included in hourly cost calculations.
